Working in design since 2006. Brand identity, websites, and print - the things businesses actually need to look like they mean it. WordPress builds (custom themes, Elementor Pro, ACF Pro), logos and visual systems, large-format print and signage from concept to print-ready file. Long-form publications when they need typesetting properly. The occasional stranger thing that doesn't slot neatly into a brief.
Stack
WordPress, Elementor Pro, ACF Pro. HTML, CSS, PHP when the build calls for it. Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Affinity (Publisher, Designer, Photo) for design, print, and image work. Figma where Figma earns its keep. Reasonable video and audio editing skills - not a full motion specialist, but enough to keep things moving in-house. Comfortable across Linux, Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, with Docker for anything that ought to be containerised. A home server running more than it strictly needs to, which keeps me honest about how things actually fit together.
Process
Brief in, questions asked, work done. No discovery workshops, no decks about decks. Most jobs start with a call, go through a round or two of revisions, and finish on time. Fewer, better changes beats volume every time. If something's a bad idea, I'll say so - that's part of what you're paying for.
